At AQueensRoots medical courier and delivery services, we are committed to providing our clients with reliable and professional services. We understand that sometimes circumstances may arise where a return or refund is necessary. This return and refund policy outlines our process for handling returns and refunds.

2. We do not accept returns on medical items once they have been shipped or delivered, due to the sensitive nature of these items. If a client receives a damaged or incorrect medical item, they must contact us within 24 hours of delivery to report the issue. We will investigate the issue and work with the client to provide a solution.
3. Refund Policy:
4. In the event that a client is charged for services that were not provided or if services were provided in a manner that did not meet our standards of professionalism, we will provide a refund upon investigation of the matter. Refunds will be issued within 7-10 business days.
5. Cancellation Policy:
6. Clients may cancel a scheduled pickup or delivery up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled time. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled time may be subject to a cancellation fee.
